Professional Offerings

I am a licensed psychologist with specialized expertise in men’s body image and eating disorders, particularly among gay and bisexual men. My training is rooted in dismantling systems of oppression, and my approach is guided by Health at Every Size® and intuitive eating principles. I’m committed to providing care that is weight-inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming, and antiracist — and I love supporting other clinicians who share these values. If you’re looking for an engaging, knowledgeable speaker, trainer, or consultant, I’d be glad to connect and collaborate.

Beyond the Mirror: A Webinar Series on Body Image and Eating Disorders in Queer Men

Body image distress and disordered eating are common — yet often overlooked — experiences for gay, bisexual, and queer men. Designed for therapists, dietitians, and other mental health professionals, this ongoing series goes beyond surface-level assumptions to unpack the shame, community pressures, and systemic factors that shape how queer men see and treat their bodies. Each session blends research, real-world case examples, and practical frameworks to help you deepen your cultural competence and clinical confidence.

The first installment, “Beyond the Mirror: Understanding Body Image in Gay and Bisexual Men,” is available now, with additional webinars coming soon on assessment, culturally attuned interventions, and more.

Clinical Consultation: Coming in 2026

02

In 2026, I’ll be offering a few select clinical consultation groups focused on body image and eating disorders in men. These small-group sessions are designed for clinicians who want to deepen their case conceptualization skills, strengthen culturally responsive and weight-inclusive practice, and connect with others doing this important work.

I love sharing what I’ve learned with broader audiences and welcome opportunities to speak at events, lead trainings, or join podcasts. I bring a warm, engaging style to conversations about men’s body image, eating disorders, and LGBTQ+ mental health. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, knowledgeable guest or speaker, I’d love to connect.
