Consultation, Training, and Community
I believe therapists do their best work when they have space to slow down, think out loud, and feel supported by others who understand the work. This field can be meaningful and energizing, but it can also be isolating, especially in private practice. I offer consultation, professional community, and trainings to help clinicians grow in both their clinical work and their careers. Whether you’re just starting out or more established, you’re welcome.
Peer Consultation Groups
Solo Practitioner Consultation Group
Biweekly on Fridays from 3-4pm, no charge, closed to new members. This group is for therapists in private practice who are grounded in social justice and looking for connection and support. I started it in May 2025 to create a space where clinicians could feel less isolated and build meaningful professional relationships. Members bring a range of specialties and approaches, which allows for rich, thoughtful clinical consultation. We also consult on the realities of running a private practice and make space for more personal support when it is needed.
Early Career Eating Disorder Professionals Consultation Group
Biweekly on Wednesdays from 4-5, no charge, open to new members. This group is for early-career professionals who work primarily with eating disorders and body image concerns. I co-founded this group as a warm, supportive space to connect with others doing similar work, consult on cases, and share resources. The group is weight-inclusive and HAES-aligned, with a multidisciplinary mix of therapists, dietitians, prescribers, and coaches. You can request to join by filling out this form.
Listservs & FB Clinician Groups
In addition to the groups I facilitate, I also I manage several networking and referral communities, including the Private Pay Therapists of Massachusetts and Private Pay Therapists of Maine listservs and the Eating Disorder Professionals of Maine Facebook group.
